I had a moderately good show at the August 14th Rocky Mountain Reptile Expo but still need to clear out lots of space for all the 2010 keepers. I'm now set up to ship with Reptiles Express.
Name: Clutch 2 Female 1
Description: Hatchling female Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$300

I produced 1.1 Garcia line chocolates from a multi
paternity clutch including my 07 male chocolate to a broad dark
patterned normal girl. Surprisingly they are narrow patterned
for chocolates. Maybe mom's broad pattern is recessive and it
will help out to make really broad patterned chocolates down the
road? Both of these have really nice back of head fades
(although this pic is too dark to show well)
and this girl loves her some mice.
Name: Clutch 7 Female 3
Description: Hatchling female Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$300

Clutch 7 was from a really well markered female possible
possible het pied to a male possible double het albino pied and
backed up for a day or two with my chocolate male. Once again
I got a clutch of almost entirely chocolates but at least this time
there where some females (including one with good het pied markings
that I'm keeping). This girl has the typical chocolate belly
but ate the first mouse offered.
Name: Clutch 2 Male 1
Description: Hatchling male Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$200

The back of head blush bar on this chocolate is
outstanding. He has eaten 3 mice and is ready to go.
Name: Clutch 6 Male 1
Description: Hatchling male Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$200

Clutch 6 was from a possible possible het pied girl bred to
a possible double het albino pied and threw in my chocolate male for
just a day or two at the end. Ended up with a bunch of male
chocolates and few normals so apparently the chocolate fathered most
or all of the clutch. Some really nice chocolates her priced
to move due to my surplus of chocolate males.
Name: Clutch 6 Male 2
Description: Hatchling male Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$200

Another of the clutch 6 males that ate on first offering.
Name: Clutch 6 Male 4
Description: Hatchling male Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$200

Another of the clutch 6 males that ate on first offering.
Name: Clutch M Male 3
Description: Hatchling male Garcia line
chocolate Ball Python.
Price:
$100

Marshall Van Thorre produced these huge babies with my
original Garcia female bred to his ivory pastel male and also my
Garcia male. Two of the babies look just like pictures I've
seen of the BHB line super chocolate so I'm now calling these Garcia
line chocolates. This one doesn't have the characteristic
Garcia line rust colored fade bar at the back of the head like the
other one but it still has lots of wide dark pattern and on it's sides some
of the white checkering coming up from the belly so I'm pretty sure
it's also a chocolate. Has eaten three small adult mice
already for me.
Name: F96NVPI
Description: Monster Female.
Price:
$150

I believe she was produced by VPI in 1996 but I got her 2nd
hand in the late 90's. She is HUGE (just ate a retired breeder
MALE rat last night) and a great feeder. He is also very
pretty. The catch is I don't seem to be able to get her to
breed consistently. I only have clutches from her in 2002 and
2007 (14 eggs though!). She locked up with a clown many times
out on breeding loan this year but no eggs, again. Maybe next
year will be one of her years or maybe you'll have a trick to get
her to go consistently.
Name: M10BMVT_04
Description: Hatchling male yellow belly Ball
Python.
Price:
$40

Marshall Van Thorre produced these huge babies with my
original Garcia female bred to an his ivory pastel male and also my
Garcia male. Two of the babies look just like pictures I've
seen of the BHB line super chocolate so I'm now calling these Garcia
line chocolates. This one is for sure a yellow belly. He
doesn't have the back of the head fade or the lower side white checkering seen in the best of this chocolate line
so even though his
dark is pretty wide I'm thinking he is just a yellow belly and
not a yellow belly chocolate. Has eaten 3 small adult mice
already in the short time I've had him.
Name: F09BREM01
Description: Yearling female
Price:
$20

Had some incubation problems with the 1999 clutch from my
Garcia
line chocolate mom bred to several males. Most of the eggs died. A really nice Garcia
hatched but didn't survive. Two girls did survive and had an
interesting look. I kept them to see if they looked Garcia
with age but have now decided they are likely normal.
Thinking that egg stress caused her to be high contrast. This
is the more interesting of the two with a bit of a ringer.

Another holdback from my 1999 clutch out of my
Garcia
line chocolate mom bred to several males.
Name: F01PREMS
Description: Adult Female
Price:
$20

I produced this girl in 2001 from a 50% chance het pied
male. She has a little bit of what could be considered the het
pied belly markings but produced no pieds out of 4 eggs to a well
marked possible het pied male in 2008. Back in 2007 she
developed a lump on the side of her neck that hasn't gone away.
She eats fine (large rats even) and has decent weight but it's a
source of concern.
Name: F10AREM01
Description: Female Hatchling Ball Python.
Price:
$20

This girl is from my
2010 clutch
#1. Mom is a 50% het albino and also a possible possible
het caramel. There are two possible dads. One is my
Garcia line chocolate male but the one I think is more likely
looking at the three girls from this clutch is my het albino 66%
chance het stripe male. His babies tend to have these overall
faded heads, nice muted hues, and lots of flames inside the dark
areas on the lower side. So, in addition to nice pets I would
suggest breeding these girls to an albino and/or a stripe gene male
just in case. This picture doesn't really show it off but this
girl has a very interesting dorsal pattern. Has eaten 3 hopper
mice for me in the short time since first shed.

Name: Clutch 5 Male 1
Description: Male Hatchling Mojave
Price:
$165

This boy is my male pick of the litter. I thought
about keeping him as a slight upgrade in quality to his father but
have decided to sell him. Lots of white on the sides.
